We perform an onsite or over the phone consultation with our clients to understand the job requirements and discuss latest market updates, intelligent professional solutions, competitive sourcing strategy and competitor analysis.

Job Analysis

We tailor the job descriptions and job specifications to highlight the key requirements of the role, the company EVP to ensure we attract the very best talent.

Candidate Screening

We conduct a detailed phone screen on all applicants to uncover their motivation, interest in the role and assess a fit.

Sourcing and Selection

Through careful recruitment practices, we base our candidate sourcing on client briefing and project requirements. Candidates will be sourced from our extensive pool of job seekers, through cold calling, referrals, heading efforts etc.

Shortlist Presentation

We compile a list of top 3 to 4 shortlisted candidates who have passed our initial evaluation for our clients to review along with a short summary on their skills, experience and fit for the role.

Initial Evaluation

Post the initial phone screen, all applicants go through behavioral assessment, skill tests required, background checks, and reference checks (If required by the client).

Business Interviews

We assist in facilitating in person/video interviews for all candidates with our clients.

Offer Negotiation and Acceptance

Our team will facilitate the negotiation and acceptance of offer for the successful candidates. All unsuccessful candidates will be contacted with constructive feedback.

Monitor Candidate Performance

Upon placement, candidates' performance will be carefully monitored by our consultants for a period of minimum 3 months. We discuss performance standards of placed employees with the client and identify areas of improvement for our future advancement.
